Einar on his approach and focus on swimming: My strength in swimming is that I get of to good start in the swim. I feel am in a good place at this stage in my career. I strive to learn and try to be quick in incorporating new swimming techniques. I am also open to guidance that benefits me in the sport. Mindset matters and I have good temperament to reach far in this sport.
